Interim Executive Director
As an experienced executive director, Meegan can support your organization during periods of transition. By utilizing Cappelli’s services in an interim executive director capacity, you have an opportunity to go through a full assessment of internal systems, processes and governance structures while you review your needs for a new executive director and set up the organization for success in its next strategic planning process. The interim ED supports all operations and staff needs during this period as well.

Are you seeking a nonprofit or social impact leader but do not need a full-time employee? Meegan can support your organization as a part-time or fractional ED. Through her experiences as an executive director and president of multiple organizations, Meegan has an extensive skill set in organizational development, strategic planning, building partnerships, working with boards and running operations.

Mix-and-Match Toolkit
Choose among Cappelli’s five main areas of expertise— organizational development, leadership support, strategy, governance, operations— and mix and match as needed to develop a customized solution for your organization’s needs. Engagements usually start at a minimum of three months.

The Cappelli process
Connect: Initial consult to discuss you, your organization, your perceived challenges and your desired solutions (30-60 minutes)
Proposal (upon request): Includes methods and approach, scope of work, timeline and investment*
Audit: Assessment and analysis of your internal structures and capabilities, which may include interviews, surveys and document review
Advise: In-person or virtual meetings and activities to gain insights from key stakeholders, share ideas, collaborate and build consensus
Solutions: Tools and systems for effective long-term organizational development, including leadership structures, strategic planning, governance, programs and operations, along with systems of accountability to keep you on track
Execution (upon request): Cappelli can perform the work
